Training

All prospective new players (or those wanting to have a go or to just practise occasionally) are welcome. Feel free to just turn up to a practise session, as detailed below. If you would prefer to speak to somebody beforehand, you can find contact details on the Contacts page.

Senior Mens - 2007
Senior training sessions are generally held every Thursday night throughout the summer, from approximately 6:30pm until 8:30pm, using the net facility in the corner of the main cricket field, or the square itself, at the Athletic Club, John Street, Neyland. In addition to this winter training is held between 15th December and the 10th January. These sessions will be either in the Taskers School Dome or at Thornton Hall. Details of these sessions will be availble here as soon as the sessions have been arranged

Ladies XI - 2007
The dates and times of the Ladies practise sessions will appear here shortly.

Junior Sides - 2007
Neyland Cricket Club is proud to boast what is arguably one of the strongest junior sections in Pembrokeshire. All junior training undertaken by the club is run by qualified ECB coaches (Coach Profiles) and the systems in place at the club will ensure that all junior members receive the best, most up to date coaching in a safe and friendly environment.

Training Times
U11's - U13's

Neyland U'11's and U'13's train on the main cricket field at the Athletic Club, John Street, Neyland, every Wednesday night from May to August commencing at 6:30pm. All budding young cricketers, regardless of experience and ability, are welcome.


An over-haul of junior training for the other age-groups (14's-17's) is planned this winter (07/08) Once reviwed the training sessions times for these age groups will be made available here.
